Refund Policy

We value your commitment to our training programs and want to be fair with our refund process.

Refund Eligibility

• Private Sessions – Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before the scheduled time. No refund if canceled within 24 hours, except for emergencies.

• Group Sessions or Camps – Refunds issued up to 48 hours before the start date. After that, credit may be applied toward a future program.

• Merchandise – Must be returned unused, in original condition, within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees for special events or tournaments

• Digital products (if applicable)
