By booking a session, purchasing a package, or participating in any 40:31 Soccer Academy activity, you agree to the following:

 

Assumption of Risk –

 

Soccer involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the risk of injury and agree to hold 40:31 Soccer Academy and its staff harmless from liability.

 

Payment Policy –

 

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellations –

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

 

Code of Conduct –

 

Players and parents agree to show respect toward coaches, other players, referees, and facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

 

Photo/Video Release –

 

Unless you opt out in writing, you grant 40:31 Soccer Academy permission to use images and videos from training for promotional purposes.
